Our Return Policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind, allowing you to return a vehicle if necessary, under the terms and conditions set forth below.
1. General Return Guidelines
We offer a return policy on vehicles purchased directly from ULYSSEGLASNI, subject to the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Returns: This policy applies only to vehicles purchased directly from ULYSSEGLASNI. Vehicles purchased through third-party sellers, brokers, or other platforms are not eligible for return under this policy.
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. After this period, returns will not be accepted, and no refund or exchange will be issued.
- Vehicle Condition: To be eligible for return, the vehicle must be in the same condition as when it was delivered or picked up. This means the vehicle must not have been altered, damaged, or driven excessively beyond reasonable use.
- Mileage Limit: The vehicle must not have more than 200 miles added to the odometer from the date of purchase.
2. Return Process
If you decide to return a vehicle, please follow these steps:

Documentation: You will be required to submit the original purchase receipt, as well as any other documents provided at the time of purchase, including any warranty information and maintenance records.
Return Approval: After the inspection, our team will determine whether the vehicle qualifies for a return based on the condition and mileage. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.
3. Refund or Exchange
Once your return is approved, you may choose between the following options:
Refund: We will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the vehicle, excluding any applicable taxes, fees, or delivery charges, within 14 business days of approval.
Exchange: If you prefer to exchange the vehicle for another one of equal value or greater, we will assist you in selecting a replacement vehicle. Any price difference between the two vehicles will be settled at the time of the exchange.
4. Exclusions and Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following conditions are not covered by our return policy:
- Customizations: If the vehicle has been customized or modified in any way after purchase, it will not be eligible for return.
- Damage or Negligence: If the vehicle has been damaged due to neglect, accident, or misuse, it will not qualify for a return.
- Third-Party Services: Any additional services such as third-party warranties, insurance, or financing fees are non-refundable.
5. Cancellations
